About the event
Rest like a Goddess or Emperor! You deserve to feel rest on so many levels! Because exhaustion isn't just about physical or mental rest. True, deep, embodied rest can be found on many levels! In this workshop we will go through several types of relaxation, and experience true, Radiant Rest! You should leave this workshop feeling relaxed, calm, floating, and peaceful! Spring is not only about action and rebirth, we can also tune back into ourselves and find relaxation in the tiny things. Join me for a peaceful journey inward.
This is a safer space for all. All are welcome to join this workshop. LGBTQ+ welcome. Poly and ENM welcome. Disabilities welcome and accommodated. I strive to create a welcoming and accepting space for anyone to find peace in.
Why is this a Tantra workshop? Tantra is all about experiencing the present moment through the body. When we are stressed, or exhausted or just disconnected this can feel impossible! In this workshop I'll be guiding you to a state of relaxation, and from this state you can more easily live in the present moment!
Join me on Sunday April 23rd at 5pm inside Mystic Movement in Bremerton, WA. Tickets are $60 for one, $50 each if you buy 2 or more, or $40 scholarships. Scholarships are for those who feel they can’t afford the full price. You will be redirected to the Mystic Movement website to purchase.
