Epic Alignment - Private Workshop

What will we do?

No matter who you are we all go through ups and downs in life. This is natural. If you want to take the unaligned parts of your body, mind, heart, and spirit and reel them back in to center then this workshop is for you. We'll start by getting out of the mind and into the body with breath, movement, and sound. Then we'll move to the mind, finding a new perspective. The spirit lives in our body and energy so we're going to shake up our chakras really good to reset the spirit. Then we end with the precious heart, opening and connecting with her love and pouring it onto ourselves. You may feel much more aligned after this workshop, or you might have a better idea of what is really unaligned so you can find ways to work deeper on those. Some people prefer smaller groups to learn in. While some just want to take a specific workshop that's not on my group schedule at the moment. That's why I've created these magical private experiences. These will take place at Mystic Movement in Bremerton, WA in one of their private back rooms that I reserve just for us OR via video chat to anywhere in the world.
