From the moment we were born we started to lose touch with our true power. From parents, to school, to society we have slowly given away more and more of our power to others. Take back your power in this compelling private workshop experience. Whether you are totally out of touch with your power, just getting to know it, or want to go even deeper into the power you've already discovered, this workshop is for you! We will ask what our power is and where it comes from, get really present in the body, figure out who we are, and end with an exploration into actually feeling this power!
