What will we do?

Our hearts take on so much of our pain. Then we unintentionally block our hearts from fully feeling! Often, we don't even know how blocked our hearts are until we try to open them. So, join this beautiful workshop just for you and your partner(s) to open your hearts to each other. We will work in gratitude, silliness, the 4-part hug, chest relaxation, pleasure, and heart giving to reach a place where you can feel more open and receptive in the heart. You will leave the workshop with detailed steps to help you open your heart anywhere. Some people prefer smaller groups to learn in. While some just want to take a specific workshop that's not on my group schedule at the moment. That's why I've created these magical private experiences. These will take place at Mystic Movement in Bremerton, WA in one of their private back rooms that I reserve just for us OR via video chat to anywhere in the world! You don't have to be partners to book. All of you is welcome here. After you book, I will schedule a phone call to make sure we are a good fit for each other before the session.
