What will we do?

What is Radical Self-Love? It's often confused with self-care. But self-love is so much more than care. It's about learning to befriend and love the parts of you that you hate, are ashamed of, or deny. And you can't do this with just thinking about love for those parts. In this workshop I take you on a journey through the nervous system to start to build a bridge of love an compassion to those pieces of you that you don't love as much. This is a beautiful experience that has participants really examining their current state of self-love and understanding the process of loving the parts they might hate and judge. Truly a revolutionary experience! Some people prefer smaller groups to learn in. While some just want to take a specific workshop that's not on my group schedule at the moment. That's why I've created these magical private experiences. These will take place at Mystic Movement in Bremerton, WA in one of their private back rooms that I reserve just for us OR via video chat to anywhere in the world.
